Delete Your Account

You have the right to request complete deletion of your Nudge CRM account and all associated personal data. Fill in the form below and we will process your request within 30 days.

What will be deleted

All visit logs, check-in records, objectives, and supervisor feedback

All submitted product orders and their approval history

Location History

All GPS logs, geofence events, and rep presence records

All stock levels and stock alert entries associated with your account

All notification records and preferences linked to your account

What happens next

We receive your request

An automatic confirmation email will be sent to the address you provide within a few minutes.

Identity verification (within 2 business days)

We may reach out to verify the request came from the account owner before proceeding.

Data deletion (within 30 days)

Your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

Confirmation sent

You will receive a final email confirming that the deletion has been completed.

Use the email address associated with your Nudge CRM account.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to the app and all your historical data will be permanently removed. Your administrator will also be notified.
