The short version. Nudge is a work app. We only keep what your job needs — the visits you record, the orders you send, and the stock you count. We never look at your personal photos, contacts, messages, or files. We never sell your information to anyone, and we never use it for advertising. Your work information is seen only by your own company.

1. About Nudge
Nudge Field Sales is a work application for pharmaceutical and medical sales teams. It replaces the paper notebooks and forms that representatives used to carry, so that visits, orders, and stock counts can be recorded in one place.
The app is available on Android and iPhone under the name com.khazer.nudgecrm. This policy explains, in plain language, what the app keeps and why.
2. What We Keep
Nudge keeps only what is needed for your daily work. Nothing more.
Your account
- Your name and your work email address
- The role your company gave you — representative, supervisor, or manager
Your employer creates this account for you. You do not enter any personal documents or identity papers.
Your work in the app
- The visits you record — which doctor, when, what was discussed
- The orders you submit and their status
- The stock counts you enter for each clinic
Visit locations
- When you begin your working day, save a visit, or finish your day, the app records where that happened
- This lets your company confirm that visits took place, the same way a signed paper form used to
Only while you are working. The app records your location only while it is open and you are actively using it — when you start your day, when you save a visit, and when you finish. It does not follow you afterwards, and it is never used for anything outside your work.
Basic device information
- Your device type, so the app displays correctly
- An automatic report if the app closes unexpectedly, so we can fix the problem
What we never collect. We do not collect your personal photos, your contacts, your messages, your files, or anything else from your personal life. We do not collect bank or card details, national ID numbers, or passport information. We do not collect any patient or medical records. Nothing outside your work in the app is ever collected.
3. Why We Keep It
Everything above is used for one purpose only: to run the app for you and your company.
- To sign you in and show you your own work
- To show your supervisor the visits and orders from their team, so they can review and approve them
- To notify you when an order is approved or when stock is running low
- To prepare the performance summaries your company uses
- To let you keep working when there is no internet, and save your work once the connection returns
- To find and fix problems in the app
We never sell your information. We never use it for advertising. We never share it with other companies.
4. Who Can See It
Inside your company
- Your supervisor and your company’s managers can see your work in the app — your visits, orders, and stock counts
- This is the same information they would have seen on the paper reports you used to hand in
- Representatives cannot see each other’s work
Outside your company
- No other company, and no other sales team, can ever see your information
- We do not give your information to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else
Our technology provider
The app runs on Google’s secure cloud service (Firebase), which stores the information safely and delivers notifications to your phone. Google acts only as our provider and does not use your work information for its own purposes. You can read Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
If the law requires us to provide information, or if it is needed to protect someone’s safety, we may have to share it. This is rare.
5. How Long We Keep It
- Your account stays as long as you work with the company. It is removed when you or your administrator delete it.
- Visits and orders are kept for up to 3 years as your company’s business record, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Visit locations are kept for up to 12 months.
- Automatic problem reports are deleted after 90 days.
6. How We Protect It
- Your information travels to and from your phone in encrypted form, so it cannot be read along the way
- It is stored encrypted on Google’s secure servers
- Access rules are enforced on the server, not on the phone — so nobody can reach information they are not allowed to see, even if they try
- Each role sees only what it should: representatives see their own work, supervisors see their team, managers see their company
We use the same infrastructure trusted by banks and hospitals worldwide. If you ever suspect a problem with your account, contact us straight away and we will act.
7. Your Choices
You have the right to:
- See the information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your account and your information
- Receive a copy of your information in a readable file
- Object to a particular use of your information
To use any of these rights, write to us at Nudge@vantaq.net, or visit our Account Deletion page. Asking a question costs you nothing and will never affect your standing at work.
8. Deleting Your Account
You can ask us to delete your account and everything connected to it at any time — your profile, your visits, your orders, your visit locations, and your notifications.
To request deletion, visit our Account Deletion page. We complete the request within 30 days and send a confirmation to your email address.
Some records may be kept for a limited time where the law or your company’s accounting obligations require it.
9. Age Requirement
Nudge is a workplace application for employed professionals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly keep information about anyone under 18. If you believe this has happened, tell us and we will remove it promptly.
10. Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When something important changes, we update the date at the top of this page and, where it matters to you, tell you inside the app.
